One of the most common questions we receive: "Can we bring our own [photographer / florist / choreographer / cake]?" The short answer is yes — for most things. Here's the complete breakdown.
What's Already Included in the Package
Our all-inclusive package includes 11 services that cover most of what you need for your event. You don't need to source these separately:
- Venue rental (7 hours)
- Full catering for all guests
- Professional bilingual DJ

Vendors You Can Always Bring
These services are not included in our package — and you have full freedom to bring your own:
- Photographer and videographer — We work with outside photographers every weekend. Book them early for peak dates.
- Florist — Custom florals beyond our décor package can be handled by your florist. We coordinate with them on setup timing.
- Cake baker / pastelería — We set up the cake table; you bring the cake.
- Choreographer — Many Inland Empire choreographers work with us regularly for baile sorpresa rehearsals.
- Officiant — For wedding ceremonies, you bring your own officiant.
- Mariachi / live music — Available as an add-on or you can hire your own.
- Photo booth — We offer a 360 photo booth as an add-on, or you can bring your own.

In-House Only Services
Two services are included in-house and cannot be replaced by outside vendors:
- Catering — Food and beverage service is handled by our in-house team. This is the foundation of our all-inclusive model and ensures food safety, consistent quality, and proper coordination with the event timeline. You can add specialty stations (taco bar, dessert table) or special dietary accommodations.
- DJ — Our professional bilingual DJ is included. If you'd prefer a specific DJ you've worked with before, please discuss this with us during your tour.
Tips for Coordinating Outside Vendors
- Give them our coordinator's contact info early — Photographers, florists, and choreographers should connect with your coordinator at least 4–6 weeks before the event.
- Share the event timeline — Your coordinator builds a detailed timeline. Make sure all outside vendors have it.
- Confirm arrival times — Florists and décor vendors need access before guests arrive. Coordinate with our team on setup windows.
- Don't assume they know the venue — Even experienced vendors benefit from a walkthrough. Many book a quick site visit before the event.
