No. Our base package is the foundation. Optional add-ons (open bar upgrades, photo booth, late-night snacks) are clearly priced before you book. Tax and gratuity are itemized on every contract. You will not see a "service fee" added at the end.
Weddings: 8–14 months in advance. Quinceañeras: 12–18 months. The most popular months — May, June, September, October, November — book first.

Deposit details are walked through during your tour and confirmed in your written contract. We use a structured deposit-and-installment schedule, not a single large up-front payment.
Detailed cancellation terms are in your contract. We have flexible policies for date changes (most accommodated without penalty if requested in time) and clear deposit terms for cancellations.
Moreno Valley: up to 250 seated guests. Perris: up to 320 seated guests. Both numbers represent comfortable seated dinner capacity with full table service and a dedicated dance floor.
Yes. Both locations offer free on-site parking for all guests at maximum capacity. No valet fees, no offsite shuttles needed.
Music ends at 11:30 PM and events conclude by 12:00 AM per local ordinances. Cleanup is handled by our team after guests leave.
Yes. Both locations are ADA accessible including parking, entrances, restrooms, and dance floor.
Yes. Full catering for every guest is included in the all-inclusive package. Tastings are scheduled before your event for booked clients.
Catering is the foundation of our package model, so it is included. For specialty items (custom desserts, late-night taco bars, dessert tables) outside vendors are welcome.
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal, and allergy-specific menus are all available with advance notice. Tell us at your tour and we will plan around your guest list.
All bar service is coordinated through our in-house team to comply with California ABC regulations. Beer/wine, full bar, and premium spirits packages are available. Specialty signature drinks and bilingual bartending are also offered.
Yes. Our entire team is bilingual. Tours, planning meetings, day-of coordination, and DJ services are all available in English, Spanish, or both.
Extremely. We host quinceañeras most weekends. Our DJ, coordinator, and setup team know vals, baile sorpresa, hora loca, padrino traditions, and the full quinceañera flow without needing instruction.
Yes. Bilingual ceremonies, traditional vals, padrino blessings, hora loca, baile sorpresa, mariachi performances, and other cultural traditions happen at Vive every weekend.
DJ is included in your package. For photography, videography, florists, and choreographers, you have full freedom to bring your preferred vendor. We work with outside vendors every weekend.
